25 years after snagging a job at Ralph Lauren, Rachel Green finally has her own collection

Ralph Lauren’s Rachel Green collection commemorates the 25th anniversary of Friends in all its 90s glory.

The collection will showcase the iconic character’s impeccable taste alongside a replica of fan-favourite Friends sets.

Fact: if you replicate any of Rachel Green’s iconic looks today, they would still turn heads. The Friends character – played by Jennifer Aniston – finally ditched her waitressing job in the third season to work in the fashion industry, as a buyer and personal shopper at Bloomingdales. That experience later helped her clinch her dream job at Ralph Lauren. Now the department store and American fashion designer have come together to celebrate the cult-favorite show and the unforgettably stylish Rachel Green.

Ralph Lauren has teamed up with Warner Brothers to create a line of workwear inspired by Rachel Green. The 74-piece collection is titled “The One Where They Wear Ralph Lauren” – a reference to the names of the episodes of the series, which marks its 25th anniversary this year.

The line includes 90s staples such as miniskirts (in both plaid and leather!), eye-catching blazers, badass biker jackets, and, of course, turtlenecks. If you planning to dress up as Rachel Green for Halloween or embody her take-no-prisoners personality, this collection would fit right into your wardrobe.

Fans of the 90s sitcom have more than just Ralph Lauren’s Rachel Green collection to look forward to. As part of their collaboration, Bloomingdales is setting up a Friends installation at their New York City store. Replicas of two of Rachel’s workplaces – the Central Perk café and her Bloomingdales office – will be on display.

You can check out the full work-ready collection at RalphLauren.com.
